We pulled in with some car trouble at 16:45 on a Friday. We were on our way home from a vacation and a small vibration started and quickly turned into a big one. It was not a flat, but felt a bit like one. The mechanics, despite being ready to go home for the weekend already, took time to test drive it, put it up on the rack and inspect it, ultimately fix the problem (tightened a few things, and inspected all the wheels and brakes), test drive the result, and returned our car in condition to drive the rest of the way home. They were very nice. When we asked what we owed them, they said nothing. Called it customer service. We thankfully left and made it home safely. They saved our butts, plain and simple.
